McDonald files lawsuit against the CA Med Board & State Attorney General Rob Bonta on Oct 4th, 2022 . . .
. . . just days after Newsom signed AB 2098 into law. They are asking the court to declare the new law unconstitutional and are seeking a preliminary injunction to prevent enforcement. You can read more here. Dr. McDonald will be updating us on this groundbreaking legal case, as well as discussing his new book, “Freedom From Fear.” So many have been unable to let go of the fear fueling the “Mass Delusional Psychosis” epidemic which has plagued millions since 2020.
Because of the pressure on his schedule with launching this lawsuit, Dr. McDonald will be presenting via live video stream. Because our costs in hosting Dr. McDonald have shifted, we are now able to reduce the cost of purchasing your ticket. Come and hear about this groundbreaking lawsuit, and Dr. McDonald’s amazing work on how COVID FEAR has immobilized our society, and how we may recover as a whole.
CHD-CA legal team making headway in California - come to hear all about it and & present your questions!
Jessica Barsotti, J.D., has been a long-time friend of SOS, and presented with Dr. Jay Bhattacharya last year in Sonoma. Jessica is a partner with Truth/Law/Facts/Justice & she and her team have been at the forefront of multiple groundbreaking lawsuits in response to the horrendous government overreach and Constitutional degradations we have all witnessed surrounding COVID-19. FLTJ is now representing Peggy Hall in bringing action against the Orange County Board of Supervisors for illegally extending the “State of Emergency” — this case will undoubtedly be precedent setting for other Counties, including Sonoma. Hear more here, where Drs. Barke and McDonald interview Peggy Hall as she discussed more about this case (“Informed Dissent” podcast, dated October 6, 2022).

Legal Updates
Santa Clara University lawsuit – On Sept. 13th the Judge granted SCU’s motion to dimiss the lawsuit. CHD CA has filed an appeal.
LAUSD – Even though the court vindicated our position and ruled against LAUSD, LAUSD is trying to dismiss the lawsuit as “moot”. There is an October 26th hearing to oppose the motion as well as get a judicial declaration that LAUSD has no legal authority to remove or discriminate against students for not complying against the illegal COVID-19 measures.
Hall - Big Win. On Sept 22nd, the judge granted CHD CA attorney’s alternative writ, and denied OC BOS’s demurrer in its entirety. The judge ordered OC BOS to either to provide evidence that they complied with their duties. (which they did not comply) Hearing is set for Dec. 2022.
Palicke – hearing is set for November 4th. Discovery on case is ongoing.
