1. Freedom from fear: Banning masks on children, is a start to the recovery of California
'I will no longer accept your ill-informed, foolish, immature rationalizations for the ongoing abuse of your children' - Posted by Mark McDonald, M.D. Feb 10, 2022
Dr. Mark McDonald M.D. sets an example, as he goes on to explain in this revolutionary article, why it is imperative that we all stop masking compulsively, and how he did just that in his professional medical office, early this year.
“ I have been speaking out against this nouveau form of child abuse for nearly two years, and I have challenged parents to confront this horrible behavior—essentially a projection of adult fear and anxiety onto children, who have no capacity to consent to the abuse…”
“Physicians are mandated reporters. When we witness or suspect child abuse, we are obligated both ethically and legally to report it to social services or the police. If a child shows up for therapy or medication treatment covered with cigarette burns, a doctor cannot ignore it. Masks are no different.”
“If you want me to treat your child, take the mask off his face—or find another doctor who is as disturbed as you are, who prefers to cling to a fear fantasy over reality, who will rather honor a truly sinister mandate than his ethical duties, and who will choose child abuse over the uncomfortable position of embarrassing his patients. You, the parent, are not the victim. Your child is.”
I have taken a stand. I invite you, too, as well. If we all do, this ends today.
Mark McDonald, M.D.

As YOU, a diligent SOS subscriber well know, we have also been concerned with the serious effects of masking our children, and experimenting on the public, in the name of “public health.” S.O.S. founders took note of Dr. Mark McDonalds pivotal and controversial stance to protect children from mental abuse and physical harm, at the first sign of it.
We have also stood against these practices in our “SAVE OUR HEALTH” oversight campaign. For many months we have informed the public, petitioned schools, met with public officials, rallied at congress of CA, and had difficult discussions with our own friends and family members. We beleive the tide is turning. CA needs a recovery plan, and Mark has layed one out for us.
>We have arranged to host Dr. McDonald in person on Oct 29, 2022<

On the heels of his bestselling United States of Fear, arguing that America is in the grip of a profound mental health crisis brought on by protracted lockdowns, social distancing, and masking, Dr. Mark McDonald follows up with a practical guide to personal and national recovery, in “FREEDOM FROM FEAR”
Even as the COVID-19 pandemic recedes, some people just cannot let go of their fear. And as before, they still seek to impose it onto others. In his latest book, Freedom From Fear, Dr. Mark McDonald applies his well-honed psychological acuity to the undiagnosed problem of fear addiction in America. Just like a drug, fear can be compulsive, and its insidious affects are all around us. In Freedom From Fear, McDonald presents an indispensable twelve-step guide to personal and national recovery. His precepts include simple but practical steps like “face the mirror,” “don’t be a sheep,” “choose reality,” “reject narcissism,” “think for yourself,” “embrace adulthood,” “pay attention,” and “embrace fearless leadership.” With bracing candor and deep empathy, McDonald once again draws on his experience as a physician to diagnose our natural affliction, and show us the way out.

2. CADPH Changed mandating testing. HAVE YOU HEARD?
THIS WEEK: California Department of Health announced the testing requirements for healthcare and school workers would be rescinded, effective September 17, 2022, in line with the revised CDC testing guidelines. Workers in schools, including teachers, staff and volunteers, will no longer be required to vaccinate or test for COVID-19. Healthcare workers are still required to be vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 per the CDC recommendations, unless exempt for religious or medical reasons. Those who are unvaccinated and exempt will no longer need to test.

3. Celebrating the Constitution
It’s one thing to enshrine a freedom in the constitution – it’s another to ensure that freedom in practice.— Mark Saludes, The Christian Science Monitor, 25 July 2022

Remembering the Birthday of the Constitution, by Orlean Koehle.
September 17, 1787, is when our amazing Constitution of the United States was finally finished and signed by the delegatesto the Constitutional Convention, representing 11 of the 13 colonies. [Rhode Island was not represented, and the delegatesof Virginia, led by Patrick Henry refused to sign the Constitution until it had a Bill of Rights attached.] The delegates had been meeting in Philadelphia during a long hot summer, hashing out all the details and structure of the new Constitution. Why was the Constitution necessary? At the close of the Revolutionary War, the thirteen colonies found themselves independent and free from England but faced grave internal economic and political problems. The Articles of Confederation, upon which the colonies had been operating until 1887, had proven to be ineffectual. There was a Congress, but it was destitute of any power. There was no Supreme Court and no President. The states were merely a loose confederation with no power for collecting money. There were only sales taxes, but no other form of taxation. There was no way to pay offthe nation’s war debts. Because of this crisis, under the invitation of James Madison and because of the announcement thattheir beloved George Washington would be there, fifty-five of the seventy-four appointed delegates reported toIndependence Hall in Philadelphia for the Constitution Convention for the purpose of forming “a more perfect union.” Every state was represented except for Rhode Island. The wisdom of these delegates is shown in the genius of what they produced.
The founders had a strong distrust for centralized power in a federal government. So they created a government of three branches: the Executive, the Legislative, and the Judicial -with checks and balances on each other. This was to prevent any branch of the government from becoming too powerful. Congress could pass laws, but the President could check this with a veto. Congress, however, could override the veto, and by its ‘ means of initiative in taxation, could further restrain the Executive Branch. The Supreme Court could nullify laws passed by the Congress and signed by the President. But Congress could limit the Court’s appellate jurisdiction. The President could appoint judges for their lifetime with the consent of the Senate. Each branch of the government was also made subject to different political pressures in how they were elected: ThePresident was to be chosen by electors, Senators by state legislatures, Representatives by the people, and the Supreme Court by the President, with the consent of the Senate.
All of this was deliberately designed to make it difficult for any one group to control the government. The founders created a Republic, a representative form of government. The founders truly believed that “the best government is that which governs the least and is government closest to the people it governs.” Our nation wasintended to be governed by local control with strong state’s rights and local government. This wonderful Constitution is worth celebrating! That is why for the past 21 years, starting here in SonomaCounty, Eagle Forum of California has had some kind of a conference to celebrate it. We hope you can attend this one – coming up on the actual day of its birthday, September 17, either in person, or by watching with zoom or live-streamed. Let us also do something to encourage our schools to honor and remember the birthday of our amazing U.S. Constitution that has endured 245 years, longer than any other nation’s constitution in the history of the world. [It is actually a Public Law 108-447, Section 111, passed 2004, that every educational institution that receives federal funding “shall hold an educational program on [or close to] September 17th.
Remind your schools and universities about this obligation that they are to be honoring–that they are to have some kind of a program to celebrate Constitution Day!
